By using Mailbrake, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Mailbrake provides email analysis and regret prevention through a Chrome extension and companion web service. The service intercepts outgoing emails, applies a configurable delay, and optionally performs AI-based tone and risk analysis.

Pricing & Billing

• Free tier: Includes cooling-off delay and undo send at no cost.
• Pay-per-save: $0.07 charged only when our AI flags an email AND you accept the rewrite or cancel the send. Unflagged sends and ignored warnings are never charged.
• Unlimited: $2.99/month for unlimited AI analysis with no per-save charges.

Micro-charges are accumulated and billed monthly or when your balance reaches $3.00, whichever comes first. Individual $0.07 charges are never processed separately.

Limitations of Liability

Mailbrake is provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may not catch all problematic emails. We are not liable for any damages resulting from emails that were sent or not sent using our service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
