Email Content — Zero Storage Policy

We never store, log, or persist the content of your emails. When you send an email, the text is transmitted to our AI analysis engine in real-time, processed for tone and risk assessment, and immediately discarded. No email body content is written to any database, log file, or storage system at any point.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: Email address, name, and authentication details when you create an account.
  • Usage metadata: Aggregated, anonymized statistics such as save counts and event types (rewrite accepted or send cancelled). No email content is included.
  • Billing information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Mailbrake service
  • To process billing and subscription management
  • To generate anonymized aggregate statistics for product improvement

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing).
